Worst customer support. Payment related issues. First time mn kisi app ko ye review de raha. Na koi ye call that Hain r nae kabhi time se payment account mn transfer Kerry hain. Please choose another broker if you are new to PSX.

This app made me lose millions intrudes. Theri servers are pathetic, and when traffic increases it simply doesn't let you log in let alone make trades; and if you're lucky enough to login during rush hours they can't materialize trades at all. UX and UI are pathetic as well. Don't open your account with this sorry parody of a broker i.e. AKD Securities.

Their customer service is beyond pathetic. No one picks up the call or responds on WhatsApp... I am stuck as I can't open my account with other broker at the moment

No support, unexpectedly app hang, no response over WhatsApp, helpline and even over the email. Very disappointing and frustrating.
