Waiting time is too long. Food taste and Quality is good. Broasted chicken taste has diminished. Tandoori meal is overpriced but tasty. They have become very miser not providing extra garlic and insist on paying for 1 piece even.

I’m disappointed with the bread quality. Most of my previous parcel orders have included bread that was expired or very close to expiry. Unfortunately, the bread in this order is also expired. Please take this issue seriously and ensure fresh bread is provided in future orders.

My experience with Tazaj was very disappointing. After placing the order, I realized there is no way to cancel the order within the app. There is no "Help & Support" section, no live chat, and no easy way to reach customer care. I was left with no option to cancel my mistaken order or to speak to customer service. The lack of such a basic feature is a major shortcoming.
