Very helpful when finance issues are a problem. They are very helpful to know what benefits are available for you from day one of pregnancy through your child being 5. The appointments have been by phone due to COVID-19 but every caseworker I have spoken with has explained everything, answered every question and resolved any issue (not that I have had one) The only issue I have is wishing there were more options of food to choose from. Other than that I am so thankful for and love my WIC!! 🙂❤️

The people leaving good reviews on this do not know what a good WIC app is! Alabama needs to get on the "WIC Shopper" app where you can see your available benefits specific to your account. This app is very useless. Please Alabama its almost 2020. Get with the modernization and quit wasting money on useless apps like this.

The app has alot of resources, but it would be more beneficial if we were able to see our balances and have appointments synced with our family accounts. This would be helpful to both the clinic and families who need to social distance or who do not always have the resources to go to the clinic. The app also constantly crashes.

Seems to be ok, but I wish you could link it to your WIC card like other states so that you can see what you've used vs what you have left.
