You download it and your shown a screen to sign in with username and password, option to check for an update which there isn't....you just downloaded it, so why would you already need an update? And lastly you can't even create a username or password bc a message will pop up telling you to call Aladdin....

★★☆☆☆ This lady was horrible amd rude.I wasn't even talking to her, and she's kicking me out with my daughter. When a was trying to do was figure out how to make a payment. Look at ur cctv I didn't get mad until the end when she says she's calling the cops. She telling me I'm lucky to have my daughter. So I go outside to keep trying to get a hold of someone, and she locks there door calls my wife telling I have my daughter there to if she wants to pick up my daughter before the cops get there.
