There's no any option to download lab reports as PDF, is not friendly use, continuous error messages

I had very bad experience with the app & reception, app isn't working u can't check your reports. Nobody is attending the call if u want to get any information. Plz improve your application and appoint someone to attend the call of patients and their family members.
