They refuse to help me without my ID, and I am not able to pay for a new ID without my money. So I'm stuck with nothing. Don't bother with them go to a real bank we're you can get actual help. I regret banking with them and will close my account asap

You'll be signed up for a subscription, linked your bank account, given all your info and address and order a card before you ever see the home screen. Then to get the cash advance, you still have to do direct deposit through the app, atop of the subscription payment. These apps are just trying to replace your banks and credit unions with half the customer service skill.
