An SCAM, NO JOKE It's A SCAM. YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO A $20 MONTHLY FEE JUST TO VIEW THE HOME PAGE, CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT, OR EVEN VIEW ANYTHING. AFTER CANCELING THEY'LL STILL CHARGE YOU JUST RANDOMLY AFTER 3 MONTHS THEN ANOTHER AFTER 2 MONTHS. It's A SCAM.

Very shady app, trying to cancel my account, being charged 19.99 a month for I don't know what, they are taking advantage of people already in financial distress! I deleted the app, put a block on my bank account, cancelled my card, still the charge goes through!

I have been trying to cancel this Albert account, but I keep getting the runaround. The app does not help at all canceling the subscription. How the heck can I cancel this??

Yes, there seems to be a problem. I am not understanding why I can not cancel. They are taking money out my account saying it is for budgeting. Ummm, No, thank you!
