It took me awhile with the App as well! I finally figured out what was interfering not allowing me to go to the next steps after inputting the System Name, DID, and Security Code. It turns out I had to disconnect my VPN on my phone. Duh!!!!🤦♂️😃😂 After disconnecting VPN, smooth sailing after that. So if you all having issues still, turn off your VPN or other security features you might have on/installed. I rated 4⭐️ because I also believe the App could be improved. Good luck!!! Thx Crixx

Doesn't work as advertised. So the app was easy to install the cameras would not connect. I had two cameras neither one of them worked. Girlfriend has an Apple device tried it with her phone and also didn't work.

Not worth the money spent on both doorbell and camera, app keeps crashing, and I have to uninstall theb reinstall and start from scratch. Every 3 months or so or when sd card messes up. Their sd card. 3 thumbs down 👎👎👎
