Great! My wife gets annoyed when I miss her messages. Generally I have my phone on manner mode or do not disturb. My Redmi Note 14 doesn't seem to have a DND whitelist. This app allows me to whitelist my messenger. However, the notification sound is harsh, like an "about to self-destruct" buzzer sound, which will be embarrassing in meetings. I can't see an app specific sound selection in my Redmi's "Sounds and Vibration." So I'd like to be able to set the alert sound in the App for 5 stars.

I've been using Alertify for a while now, and it's honestly one of the best apps in its category! The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it super user-friendly. Great app for important notifications! This app is excellent for making sure you don’t miss critical alerts. However, it would be even better if we could customize the notification sound per app or per keyword. Each keyword should be treated as an individual notification. Also, there should be an option to force the sound to play even when the phone is on low volume — this is essential to avoid missing anything important.

Works as promised. I would love to see in version 2, that the app can temporarily override the alarm sound level for the specific notification. I use it for making sure I get EUF doorbell notifications, but my alarm sound level is always turned way down, so I don't wake everyone early in the morning.

Doesn't work. Installed. No set up instructions. So found my house alarm app and toggled it. Still get no notification during DND.

Does the very basics of what is needed. 2 main issues with what I need: 1) I use this for a CGM that won't continue alerts. Since this could prevent serious health issues, I need the app to continue repeating, or cycle with a limited time recurrence, until it has been snoozed or acknowledged. 2) When it alerts, it won't stop immediately if acknowledged. Conference call or meeting with Fortune 500 clients makes me look like an absolute idiot if I can't stop the sound instantly.

Does not bypass MUTE, which was the point. On a Samsung A35 Save your $, old app called Beeper did, but is not compatible with Android 16, all permissions are in able.
