So I read some reviews about not being able to find manage my devices on the desktop site. It is quite difficult, but I did find it when I went to change my investments (weird place to put it). I was able to save my device and it works. Wish the app had biometric log in.

HSA account is connected to the Alerts "Retirement" app. Why is HSA not connected to the "benefits" app? Why are there 3 apps? Why not one? This is badly designed, which is the take home message for this whole poor web wrapper app mess. This "retirement" app shows NO activity and NO data, other than the current balance, despite regular activity on my HSA account. No one reads these reviews that don't HAVE to use this app. Use the website instead.

The app is not functional. Logging in for the first time gives a notice that you must approve mobile login by going on a desktop PC, logging into your account, and going to "Manage Devices". Only problem is that there is no such page on the portal (at least not the version of the portal I get when I log in). I have thoroughly clicked through to every single section of the site and there is no "Manages Devices" page to be found. As a result, it is impossible to log in to the app, making it useless.

The Alerus Retirement mobile app allows participants of Alerus employer-sponsored plans to receive fast, free, and secure access to their account information. Access your account using your existing online username and password. Participants can receive important alerts, check balances, view investment performance graphs, and review contributions. The app allows for quick access to review investment information, monitor loan data (if applicable), see personal rates of return, and confirm contact details.

For users wanting to dig deeper, it is easy to access account activity details, check investment allocation, and review contribution totals. When changes are needed, the app provides secure access to perform transfers, make allocation changes, or download account statements.
