★★☆☆☆ Worst app, it looks like it was created by noobs, for example the support chat interface is broken, extending beyond the window, half the words are not visible, lagging and slow, the company itself is not trusted, they sell prepaid plans with a list of services, but then claim that these services are not included and try to double charge you or force you to pay twice monthly, alfa looks like a company operated by gangsters, not a company operating a mobile network on behalf of the government!!

★★☆☆☆ In addition to the horrendous UI, there is no live chat with any agents. There is a useless AI bot that can't answer any meaningful questions, and every time you want to speak with an agent, the session automatically closes just as it starts. A horrible app for a horrible company offering horrible service.
