Been using this app for a while. Not reliable anymore. After I leave home, when I try to check it asks "Wake up Camera" and then it says It's unable to do so. Works only when you're at home. What's the point?

I paid for an upgrade and couldn't get any of the features, so I did as it says and texted it again but was charged once again it worked for a few hours then when I logged in again it quit working once again and days my payment date is 2 weeks from now I don't see how that's a monthly charge it sucks, and it also constantly looses connection for no reason internet is hooked up all the time don't bother this app is full of problems
