Important! Vigilant is a separate brand than Witness. Witness 3.0 is for alibi witness recorders and Vigilant is for newer installed recorders. Vigilant app works great.

Love this security system and the cameras that is come with. The camera system is really clear, the interface of the app is easy to use and there is a lot you can do with the app. The settings and the playback are awesome and so was anniversary to understand and use.

Half the time I can't access playback. It says to make sure my system is online which it obviously is if I'm away from home and can see live action. Also, won't let me set up the alarm notification for the cameras and won't let notifications be received

Terrible lack of setup or connection info. Tried to set up using QR code and LAN connection but get error either way. Alibi Witness was so much easier and user-friendly

Asked me to sign up and had to send a code to my email - yes I entered it correctly. Never received an email - yes I checked spam and trash. Tried 20 additional times. Never received a code in email. If there's a mobile app there should be a webpage to log in to see cameras. Cannot recommend this app - please improve the functionality and consider adding a web-portal.
