Love this security system and the cameras that is come with. The camera system is really clear, the interface of the app is easy to use and there is a lot you can do with the app. The settings and the playback are awesome and so was anniversary to understand and use.

Important! Vigilant is a separate brand than Witness. Witness 3.0 is for alibi witness recorders and Vigilant is for newer installed recorders. Vigilant app works great.

Half the time I can't access playback. It says to make sure my system is online which it obviously is if I'm away from home and can see live action. Also, won't let me set up the alarm notification for the cameras and won't let notifications be received

Terrible lack of setup or connection info. Tried to set up using QR code and LAN connection but get error either way. Alibi Witness was so much easier and user-friendly

Stopped working after update on 9/1/21. Developer has not responded to email
