Only way to reach them is by email. The phone number redirects you to email! 0 stars the only way to cancel is to email. I asked to cancel in April they still charged me, I see another charge and again asked to cancel. They want transcripts of me messaging their AI bot! Go do the research yourselves! Also, this app has too much competition it's a waste of membership because it claims you have access to 600 to 1000 businesses. No access to any. All these businesses has an SEO or Digital marketer.

Download the app. They need email verification. Receive the email, click the link, and goes to a blank black page. Repeated the process multiple times. No problem, I'll just contact support. It's AI. AI says they don't have an article for bad links in emails. Said to keep trying and contact again. Guess the app is on hold until they can write an article.

Spam. Once someone adds your email to this system you get constant emails about networking that is useless. Even if you unsubscribe they still email you constantly. You have to block the emails, otherwise they won't leave you alone.

Unrelenting Spam. As soon as you create a profile you'll be getting dozens of spam emails per week. Despite unsubscribing multiple times, I am still getting asinine emails from alienable.
