The app has been down for a while. I cleared the cache, but it didn't work, then I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but the problem persists.

I uninstalled it because I can't switch off Notifications. When ever I put it on OFF, it returns to ON next time ... Tell your teenagers developers on Android....
