All By Myself - Little Critter

★★★★★ Great App Love the book and the interactions that can be used as well. My students enjoy listening to the book and have learned new words thus building their vocabulary.

★★☆☆☆ Licensing ruins it They were great until the licensing mechanism started malfunctioning. A restart doesn't help.

★★☆☆☆ Needs access to the internet for licence(really?!) 5 stars for the book content, minus 4 stars for the licencing checker on a children's book. Very frustrating to be unable to actually read this book unless I'm connected to the internet so that it can verify the licence. Same rating for all 8 of the books I bought from OceanHouse Media. I found out about this because I leave my children's tablet in 'airplane' mode, and my son was upset saying that it was broken. Makes me want to read the "I Was So Mad" book.

★★☆☆☆ Licensing issue If you have a wifi only tablet and are in an area where you have no wifi, your child won't be able to use the book, rendering it pointless.

★★☆☆☆ Licensing issue I downloaded 3of these books for my little guy before a road trip today, come to find out they won't work while driving with no Internet connection. Kept saying couldn't connect to verify the license or something. Not impressed.My son loves it at home but that isn't what it was bought for.
