App works fantastic now that I changed nbn internet provider, i believe the problem might have been the modem for anyone else that's having issues. Simple test just try using hotspot tethering from your phone mobile data but turn your phone Wi-Fi off first before connecting your device or tv to your phone hotspot tethering connection.

I've subscribed 2 weeks ago, and now I am unable to watch anything due to playback error, keeps telling me reconnects in 3s and never worked. I've emailed All IPTV and raised a ticket on their website (they never got it), then I sent them on WhatsApp. No one replied. Very bad customer service, and I guess this app is a scam, they let you subscribe it will work for few days, and then they stop it. I am waiting for a reply or at least refund, and I hope someone answers me soon

It was a big mistake to buy this app. Unstable, channels can stop unexpectedly at anytime. Poor customer service. I contacted customer service 4 times (by email, WhatsApp, and via their platform) with no hope. I explained to them several times about the struggle I'm having to watch the channels with no single reply. I paid to watch on 2 TVs and wasn't able to watch or even to activate the app on the other TV. PEOPLE CAREFUL NOT TO BUY!!.. Total disappointment.
