App icon invisible on Galaxy 8 screen. Paid to get rid of ads. Reinstalled to get app icon to appear. It didn't. The ads did. Asked for my money back or a solution.

I could not figure out how to use it it would not register you cannot hear my voice it wouldn't hear me I will click on the microphone, and it said listening, but it would never record what I was saying or even act like it heard me, and I give it all the permissions that it asked for
