Great experience overall. Only criticism is I would have liked a text the day before confirming the booking is still on, i.e. a gentle reminder. This would just give reassurance that the booking was still going ahead. Especially due to it being a lift to the airport. Otherwise, whole experience was great.

Used to be the cheapest private hire in Edinburgh and always used to be quick to pick you up after ordering ataxia online. All the 7s took it over and prices ended up rising quite a bit, mkre expensive than the 7s (even though basically same company now) & for some reason it takes forever to actually get assigned a driver & to get picked up. Half the time i ennui using Uber of I've £ in bank or on card rather than cash. If I only have cashed I'll try 5s or 7s. Takes too long I just call Central Taxis

Terrible experience with the app, its older version and the company. Booked a taxi in advance to take me home from the airport and no taxi was showing up. No info on the app whatsoever, no updates. Got a text to say they were very busy due to high demand. What is the point of booking in advance then? Managed to eventually get a very disgruntled driver that acted like my family offended him by being in his car, only after several phone calls. No apology from them. Useless app. Atrocious service.

Awful experience. The driver didn't receive the note from the app, it escalated into an argument, while I was on the phone with 555 trying to solve it - the agent on the phone was unhelpful and not empathetic, didn't do anything else than suggesting to get a taxi instead. The previous time I tried the app, the driver refused the service for another reason saying "it was a loaned car". There seems to be even less checks on the drivers than Uber, and you can't filter out bad drivers. Never again
