Rubbish. App doesn't update you on the progress. Just says "taxi will be dispatched" or whatever. So you just book it and hope for the best then? No updates? Ended up just calling to ask if it's on the way and the automated service said it's on the way and will be 7 minutes. So why doesn't the app tell you that then? Completely useless. Fail

They say It's supposed to be £5 for any one stop in Livingston, then the drivers charge £7-£10 for it depending on what they feel like charging so keep that in mind before booking.

Rubbish Estimated fare is a lie was over £3 dearer. Online payment doesn't work according to the driver who demanded cash payment, but the still took a payment from my card which 3 weeks later still hasn't been refunded won't be using this company again!

Ordered an 8 seater and a black cab arrived. Fare was £2 more than quoted. Ordered another 8 seater and a regular car arrived. Driver informs me ordering 8 seaters in the app doesn't work. Had to call and speak to a miserable woman who was very rude. App uninstalled. Company on my do-not-use list.
