FOMO not new player friendly, can't do multi pull at beginning unless you are at the very first player from the game release date, the gacha rate is bad too

Basically the 50-50 banner is a lie. I've sent a lengthy email explaining the situation, contact customer service in-game and got the response I feared getting which went like this "you can still get the limited character after 80 pulls...sorry 🤷♂️" For context I started playing around a week ago, pulled on Felgia's banner and within 20 pulls got Garcia so obviously if their TRULY a 50% chance of getting Felgia, 40 pulls later I get Tallest. DO NOT SPEND on this game.
