I love the alliance Bank...it is protectively but the apps really taking too much time to loading in to view the menu all in the app. But so far...this bank is really powerful to protect the ID user information. That's only I love. 18/08/2026 issue on the website google to open the bank online personal. Before this year's I used to eliminate no. Hp in login website bank online and no secure phrase to proceed only. If except I use other hp to login in the Apps Alliance bank. But not website. Why

Alliance bank app is the worst app to use. It is not effective and efficient and most problematic banking app. Do not use alliance bank

Deactivated my card although annual fees paid. Service fee also charged and paid. Nil outstanding but all my insurance premium payment tied to the card now defaulted because of the deactivation. So disappointing after over 25 yrs with the bank. When called the help button in the apps, it says I have a card ending 00XX to activate, but there isn't such card! Called the customer service and confirmed no such card. She apologized but they are so disorderly! Buck up la guys!

Inaccessible app with lots of outstanding technical issues for mobile banking. Initially unable to complete balance inquiry. Following this, unable to proceed to register app which had a TAC mobile number mismatch with same number on ATM. Teller removed the existing online account and re-registered. Went back to bank and attempted with another phone and different phone number, but was then told over the phone at the bank that the SMS function only supported by Android V13 and above.
