Important app for the time being, but very poorly created and badly managed. Wonder why private enterprise in general is much better than public (read: government/state) one. I installed same app on my second android, and it still doesn't work. It's not the problem of the app, but my cheap android. It's not technology, but poverty. Poverty is a curse, says the prophet.
