Ally was developed by experts in coaching and self-reflection.
Ally listens, learns about you, and adapts to your needs. Through thoughtful questions, it helps you discover new perspectives. Your reflections are structured into journal summaries so you can recognize recurring thoughts.
Based on your entries, Ally suggests exercises, prompts, and reflection questions tailored to you.

WHAT DOES ALLY COST?
Ally requires a subscription. You can try Ally for free with a trial subscription. Cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

HOW ALLY USES AI
To generate responses, Ally sends your messages to our AI service providers OpenAI (text and voice processing) and ElevenLabs (voice processing). None of these providers use your data to train their models. Processing is temporary and solely for operating Ally. Your data is protected by equivalent privacy and security standards and dedicated data processing agreements. You can review or withdraw this consent at any time under Settings → Privacy → AI data usage.
