"Almost a doctor" is an exciting, innovative, student led project, which aims to create the ultimate free medical student revision resource.
We have hundreds of articles on diseases, pharmacology, examinations, skills and data interpretation, aimed at medical students and other medical professionals and our content is growing all the time.
We also have medical student blogs, book & website & app reviews, and loads more!
All our content is written by a team of volunteer medical students from around the UK.
This initial beta version of the almostadoctor app is almost a carbon copy of our mobile website.
Thanks for all the reviews, and apologies that some of you have been having problems. A full native version of our android app (like our iphone app) will be coming summer 2012

Poor interface I would give it a better rating it it wasn't just a link to the website. It depends on the Internet connection unlike the iPhone app the content of which you can see offline. Still no update since 2011. Looks like android users have been abandoned in favour of apple users who get regular updates. :-( not fair.
