This new turn based chat bar feature is sucks. Doctor forgot to send my prescription. I couldn’t follow up because the chat bar was disabled, and the consultation ended automatically. What a bs. If I’m sick and need more than one message to explain my condition, I’ll take a competitor that lets me actually talk!

I use this app before was fine. But just yesterday since 7 pm my medicine only arrived this morning. I was waiting long enough to complain n already bought by myself still they can't cancel n hang in myself while I was urgently in pain. Will never use this app again 👎
