I downloaded this app because I wasn't feeling well, but I couldn't bring myself to get up and go to the clinic. I still need a doctor's note for my absence. The doctor said they were running out of notes and were still waiting for the form to arrive—they even suggested I see another doctor. I don't understand why they even suggest me to find another doc in the first place. What if all of them give me the same answer? I just spent my last bit of pocket money on dinner for nothing:v

This new turn based chat bar feature is sucks. Doctor forgot to send my prescription. I couldn’t follow up because the chat bar was disabled, and the consultation ended automatically. What a bs. If I’m sick and need more than one message to explain my condition, I’ll take a competitor that lets me actually talk!
