Description

Die Register-App für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Alpha-1-Antitrypsinmangel (AATM) ermöglicht die Registerteilnahme mit einem möglichst geringen Aufwand. Schwerpunkt des Registers ist die Datenerfassung zu Themen wie der bisherigen Krankengeschichte der Patienten, der aktuellen medizinischen Versorgung, der Aufklärung der Familien, dem Schweregrad der Lebererkrankung und vielem mehr. Hierdurch soll zum einen die direkte medizinische Betreuung der Patienten verbessert werden, zum anderen erhoffen wir uns wichtige Erkenntnisse über den Krankheitsverlauf zu erlangen, die dabei helfen können den Schweregrad der Lebererkrankung besser vorauszusagen. Die Daten werden sicher auf Servern der Universitätsklinik Bonn gespeichert. Ausführliche Aufklärungsunterlagen werden nach der ersten Erstanmeldung postalisch zugesandt. Alle weiteren Schritte sind über die App selbst möglich. Neben der Registerteilnahme bietet die App auch generelle Informationen zu der Erkrankung sowie die Möglichkeit die bisher gemeldeten Labordaten übersichtlich dargestellt zu bekommen.
