Hello Alpha Support Team, I am experiencing an issue on the Alpha app on my device. The app works normally when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi, but when I switch to mobile data or another, it shows an error message and doesn’t proceed. I tried restarting the app and device, but the issue remains the same. I wanted to check whether there are any known connectivity limitations, account settings, or requirements that could affect usage on different networks. Is this a server side issue?
