Hello Alpha Support Team, I am experiencing an issue on the Alpha app on my device. The app works normally when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi, but when I switch to mobile data or another, it shows an error message and doesn’t proceed. I tried restarting the app and device, but the issue remains the same. I wanted to check whether there are any known connectivity limitations, account settings, or requirements that could affect usage on different networks. Is this a server side issue?

I don't understand why your exchange is not in every alpha network app, I have made my first withdrawal with a BnB smart chain address and lost my assets cause of wrong procedure, now my second withdrawal is coming up by match and there is still exchange in my app, I hope this is not what am I thinking, I will come back to rewrite this if you do the write thing, cause after too much research I learned that I must first sell my alpha in your exchange before withdrawing
