★★★★★ Great topo app, it has all the features and maps that I need for my hiking and mountaineering trips in BC. I've been using it for over 3 years. Some suggestions for improvements: 1. The elevation labels on the contour lines are hard to read, is it possible to increase the font? 2. The topographical map can be slow to download when the cell signal is weak. 3. There's no IPhone version yet.

★★★★★ Excellent app, runs more reliably than View ranger on my Motorola Defy. The fact that it provides at least two ways of getting FREE ordnance survey mapping makes it worth many times the price. Update: I now use this on a Samsung Note 2, where it runs perfectly. It works with the built-in barometer of the Note 2 and saves accurate altitude in the track. This is my favorite app on the phone, and the one I show to friends if I want to impress them with either the phone or Alpine Quest.

★★☆☆☆ Overall seems very good. But WHY can you not change the color or transparency of a place mark layer? I get that you can change individual features, but for a layer with hundreds this is impractical. If there is any way to change all features at once please let me know, it is the only flaw, but it is a HUGE one! If SW Maps can do it (for free) why can this one not?

★★☆☆☆ Cortex-XDR is showing this app contains malware. Siberia, please address this. Unfortunately, I must uninstall even though I like the app.

★★☆☆☆ I can not put a waypoint under my thumb, it is put at a random place and lags in time! The worse is I can not get it to navigate a trail.
