Minimal functionality but it works. I have two accounts in alta bank: private and business. Hence, I had to migrate from two separate legacy solutions: phone app and desktop app. In this new app the private account was available right away using OTP and phone identification. To get access to my business account, I had to go to the branch and wait one business day. Fingerprint is a nice addition, but the app still requires a lot of work to compete with other Serbian banks including reiffeisen.

Better than the previous version, but still vey limited in options to manage stuff onlie. I also wonder will it ever be possible to do swift transfer via the app, especially now, when sepa is working.

The funniest part of this circus is a quote from FAQ: "To use the ALTA mBank and bank applications, you need to visit the nearest ALTA Bank branch and request registration for the new ALTA mBank and bank applications. After submitting the request, you will be notified when the registration process is completed. After that, you can download the application from the app store." 2026 is going, but you have to go somewhere to use a mobile application. Good work Alta Banka

An unfinished student hobby project, not a real app. The UI is still from 2014 😁. No M3 design, no dark mode. No client side validation, raw backend error codes everywhere like 97018 or 97150/26, can't add templates, confusing as he'll tab and input management, extremely long loading times, broken layouts, constant modal screen-blocking spinner for every action. Just fire your devs and designers, hire normal devs instead, you're paying junior amateurs to embarrass your company publicly, wow.
