The game play is amazing! Well worth the $2. Been playing for a week now, and I love the classic style of turn based rpgs. Skill trees are awesome and the static skill system is great. There is many possibilities to make your character It's easy to reset all stats if you don't like your current build. Gear upgrades are awesome some are base and others have prefixes and suffixes. It reminds me of a mixture of diablo 1 and one of the Final Fantasy for Game Boy. I would definitely suggest this game!

A fun pocket RPG that is easy to pick up and play whenever you have downtime. Exploring the world and collecting items is fun, and there are new enemies and quests that appear as you get further into the game. The combat is fun, but could use a little more variety to keep things interesting.

Off the start, this game seemed interesting. However, I quickly realized how insanely repetitive the quests and combat are in this game. If you buy Alter Knight, you'll maybe enjoy it for two hours. Two hours of fun for $2.00 isn't a bad price, though.

The fact that you can't control how your companions act in combat or influence their level ups ruins an already underwhelming game.
