2. Downgraded from 5 to 4 stars, it is based on std pressure, so it is not accurate, but still acceptable for delta H. 1. Very accurate, I mean in both Gps and delta altitude using pressure difference. It based on ellipsoidal shape of Earth.

This is a nice app with many different ways to view altitude data. I purchased it after using for a while which I RARELY do with apps. Suggestions for improvement would be for the app to hold its last calibration when it is closed and reopened, and also for the widget to do more than just GPS data.

It is a very precise and useful tool for finding height above sea level. More features should be added in assisting Amateur radio operators to establish a line of sight views for antennas installations. Also, it gives distances between locations, letting you know what height you have to go at to get a line of sight for a good signal from point (a) to point (b).

Read out widget (not dial widget) is takes up 2x2 space, but is only about 1x1 in size, so it wastes space. Selected 'feet' in setup, but displays in meters - had to go into the settings to change it. Widget doesn't actually display any reading. Not sure how this has a 4.6 rating.

I really appreciate this App. It seems accurate. My only issue, the reasons for the 2-stars, not 5-stars, is that the face of the display is overwritten by a display saying "Your PDF is out of Date. Please Update PDF" When I try to eliminate that, it immediately goes to Google Store to have me install PDF. THEN, closing that, it immediately goes back to the statement saying "Your PDF is out of Date.....". It continues until I total exit the App. Not sure what I'm supposed to do about that.
