The app doesn't tell you where the service boundaries are, and so you're left wondering how the ride-share operates in Miami but not the Brickell district. We somehow got a ride here from an Alto car using Uber, but when we went to use Alto's own app, we are outside their operating area.

Not in my area had we me through the entire sign-up process and add my credit card and become a member for then to then tell me I am not in their area. Now I have to go and cancel the membership for the subscription service before I forget. Will stick with Lyft and Uber
