★★★★★ Great service and very professional, Alto's or not just driver's they are chauffeur's, they go above and beyond a driver.

★★★★★ We love Alto. So much more consistent and dependable than Uber. All the cars are clean and fresh smelling. Drivers are polite and welcoming. I look forward to sering them in more cities asap!

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't tell you where the service boundaries are, and so you're left wondering how the ride-share operates in Miami but not the Brickell district. We somehow got a ride here from an Alto car using Uber, but when we went to use Alto's own app, we are outside their operating area.

★★☆☆☆ Not in my area had we me through the entire sign-up process and add my credit card and become a member for then to then tell me I am not in their area. Now I have to go and cancel the membership for the subscription service before I forget. Will stick with Lyft and Uber
