Update on 5-2023: The app is ok, only problem facing is items added to cart clear itself on closing, ie, without ordering. The main issue I want to communicate is the quality of items provided is going down. Many quality brands are not available now, and many items are always out of stock. The impact of new management, I think. Update on 26 July. After the latest update, It is now manageable to use. The service of AM needs, as always, is excellent.

I scheduled products for 2 months in advance. But all of a sudden they stop working and still after many months I didn't receive the refunded of ₹900. App not working nor any response from customer service. Disappointed for their irresponsibility.

This dairy products home delivery service at Koch started some years ago was very professional and used to deliver milk by 06:30 am daily. But recently the service is very poor and delivers milk only by 08:30 - 09:00. I had discontinued their subscription as we all leave to office by 7 a.m. Then their customer care called & guaranteed that milk will be delivered by 06:30 and believing, I subscribed again. But they never kept their promise and last Saturday didn't deliver my order at all.
