My 1st bad experience! It takes ages for a claim to release even though it's promised 14 days, it never happened. We need to keep following up and wasting such so much time. No wonder so many review says it's bad, and it is!! Been 1,5 months since claim submitted, and no update till today.

Please fix : 1. Update limit for each coverage (example : outpatient limit IDR xxx) so I can know how much limit can be covered 2. Used / Unused indicator did not work properly, even tough I already used the service several times, It didn't show in my app how much limit left. I will change my rating if you fix above matters. Thanks Positive feedbacks : 1. I love how fast your team reply my questions via WA 2. Very easy process to claim & not long enough after that my money hav been returned

MANY BUGS ON APP AND SLOW CLAIM PROCESS. Cant submit my claim becuse of bugs on app so I need to do manual claim. CS SUPER SLOW RESPONSE. And once they confirmed my docs are sufficient and is being processed, then they informed me AFTER 2 WEEKS I SUBMITTED that there are a missing details on my docs. You guys really postponing my claim process. Very disappointing.
