I've been using Aman app for a while now, and I must say it's been a breeze to navigate. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to access its features. What impressed me the most, however, is their customer service. They are incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries or issues I've encountered. MANY BUGS ON APP AND SLOW CLAIM PROCESS. Cant submit my claim becuse of bugs on app so I need to do manual claim. CS SUPER SLOW RESPONSE. And once they confirmed my docs are sufficient and is being processed, then they informed me AFTER 2 WEEKS I SUBMITTED that there are a missing details on my docs. You guys really postponing my claim process. Very disappointing.

Please fix : 1. Update limit for each coverage (example : outpatient limit IDR xxx) so I can know how much limit can be covered 2. Used / Unused indicator did not work properly, even tough I already used the service several times, It didn't show in my app how much limit left. I will change my rating if you fix above matters. Thanks Positive feedbacks : 1. I love how fast your team reply my questions via WA 2. Very easy process to claim & not long enough after that my money hav been returned

Did a reimbursement claim on glasses. It took them a month to resolve the claim sadly. UX is unintuitive in lots of places, but it gets the job done. For example, when I was submitting the claim form in the app it does not show the field I was missing. Benefit usage amounts are also not shown. Lots of things need to be improved both from product and operational perspective. Update: dropping the rating to 1/5 since I cant use the app since the latest update. Got "user does not exist" error!!!
