The best health care provider so far in LOA processing... faster processing of LOA means the best service in town as health care provider. Been through so many HCPs, but this is by far the fastes I have generated LOAs compare to other HCPs that will take decades to be approved.

The insurance it seld is good however the customer service representative or agents in this insurance is so bad you can't even speak to a person their lines just keeps ringing all their line are not even answering I was already admitted in the hospital even hospitals' can't reach their reps I have been with some other insurance company but I have never experience waiting for days just to call them I even have to reach out to my employer to call them and contact me

The app seems to be taking up the whole screen and making the top part difficult to access as it is behind the status bar of the phone. This makes the app difficult to access login, select the search bar to look for providers. Also having issues with the Dr. Anywhere integration.
