Great App, Worth the extra few $ for the customer service. Few teething problems with SIM, but that was due to old provider digging their heels in. Tnks Amaysim... *NOTE: Must need Wi-Fi to activate*

A bit confusing. There is a PIN and serial number on the voucher, but you need to enter a voucher number. Tried both the serial & PINs Voucher Number = PIN FYI.

Amaysim cancelled my previous service and then the download failed for the esim, so I now have nothing.

Would give zero if an option. Have absolutely no idea. Unable to receive calls with new sim but able to make calls. Their response "our address is in a not guaranteed reception area". This is a mobile phone obviously I have tried in several locations. Blamed optus and their solution "use another provider". Unfortunately they are unable to provide a refund or any other sort of compensation. Took 5 days to get this response. I doubt they even bothered to investigate this. Would not recommend.
