Been with amaysim for a few years now, and I don't need to worry about not ever having enough data on a $30 plan. Best bang for buck phone service. I find it very difficult to get to the end of my 28 days having no data left. I always have extra data to bank no matter how hard I try. LoL. Hardly have issues with connectivity in the Metro area because of Optus' network but much better value than what they offer.

Great App, Worth the extra few $ for the customer service. Few teething problems with SIM, but that was due to old provider digging their heels in. Tnks Amaysim... *NOTE: Must need Wi-Fi to activate*

The App is AWFUL, especially when you have multiple plans. Say for example you have one credit plan and one DATA plan, but you only want to top up the credit plan. There is ONE PAYMENT LINK and it doesn't specify which specific plan you are topping up. I thought I was toping up my Credit plan but when I checked, credit plan remained Zero but The DATA plan which I did NOT want ended up being topped up

I am sick of being shut out of my account. Been with you for years re downloaded the app. Still you lock me out and go round in circles. My yearly payment went through auto without a problem But trying to use the app is useless. Emails no answer. No idea what my use of data is. I may be 89but there are a lot of complaints being sent to you, you appear to not care. Your answers are all the same. Just put offs. Years ago I also praised you, no more. Alan Francis

Porting numbers ? Gives an opt ion to choose a number of keep your own but when you choose one and discover its previous owner is still linked to it with accounts. Example...UBER DIDI FACEBOOK INSTAGRAM. With all the person's personal and financial details. A disgrace when your told all high levels of security jargon Something isn't right with Amaysim. Sorry. But the word dodgy comes to mind
