No ph one carrier is perfect nor is mother nature, but these guys for coverage do alright. Customer service could be better. Overall I'm not about to change with another carrier so 4 stars.

I've been using Amaysim Sim for many years. Great value products, easy to use, and reasonably priced Roaming packages. Good to see they now have NBN, I'm looking at changing from my current supplier. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Price of the basic plan keeps getting jacked up and changes applied that customers never requested. Started off at $15 for 28 days, then jumped to $20 around 6 months ago, and then $25, now headed to $30. No courtesy reminder text sent from Amaysim to customers prior to renewal. Money is just snatched from the customer's account. If they respond any differently, they are liars. Since Optus took over, Amaysim have become very greedy. Still top-heavy with incompetent staff though.

This is the worst service ever. They turn your Sim card off without notification and then only reply to your messages 3 days later with script replies that you have already answered in your Email UPD: I have contacted them via that link even before leaving my original review, and they made me feel out a form to which they replied to with an automatic reply 3 days later

Customer service is atrocious now, using AI like every idiot. Cell connectivity is really hit-and-miss depending on where you live, often my phone can't even load web pages in suburbia. Have been a customer for years, no more.
