★★★★★ I ask it the time a lot (when your hands are busy holding a baby, maybe you've dozed off and want to know how long), the weather (to know how to dress the kids), and use the timers and reminders functionality a fair bit (kid, you only get to do this for 10 mins, or you *must* brush for 2 mins, etc.; remind me about our doctor's appointment on Thu the night before, then again an hour before) I kinda miss her going to bed when we're not home, because that's when I think of all these things to do.

★★★★★ I would have rated 5 stars but because of one reason I cannot the reason is when I open announce it shows "sorry we cannot make that announcement because all your devices seems to be unavailable" note: tv and alexa was also available at that time.

★★☆☆☆ I can't even login at the app. I already called support, couldn't fix it and I had to change my password more than 5 times. Can someone find a solution?

★★☆☆☆ App makes a random beep all the time. The sound is an error file from alexa. It doesn't give you a notification it just beeps an extremely low quality beep. Please make it stop!

★★☆☆☆ I've tried everything, but I can't connect to anything to my echo spot via Bluetooth. I can find the echo spot on my phones Bluetooth but when I try and search through and connect through the Alexa app it can't find any devices to connect to at all. Even saying "Alexa, enter pairing mode" Alexa will say back it can't find any devices. I managed to connect the Alexa app to my spotify account after a 30-minute fight but can't get it to do Bluetooth at all

★★☆☆☆ The error that doesn't allow me to type in the routine setting for music isn't very helpful. It would also be nice if it gave you more control over the music routines. I have Amazon Music, but I can't specify an individual song, playlist, or podcast. So if you have a playlist with the same name as a song. For example Happy. You are getting the song Happy and not your playlist.

★★☆☆☆ Getting worse every day, not waking appropriately, not responding from correct device (despite different wake words) playing music is a futile attempt as it will play on wrong device or wrong song.
