★★☆☆☆ Since the last update I cannot even open my Kindle and it shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot even enter my email to get my books. The update was done in April on a Lenovo M10. Please sort it out.

★★☆☆☆ Edit 5/7/25 I'm upset with what used to be my favorite app. I can no longer access the app as it crashes every single time. It's very frustrating as I have a ton of ebooks that I have borrowed from my library that I can't read. Once this is fixed I will gladly return to 5 stars. I love to read and have this installed on all of my devices. I love the convenience of the books at my fingertips, the affordable prices of the books, and the ease of the app. I also love that I can read anytime I want.

★★☆☆☆ The audiobooks stops working, and I have uninstall the app multiple times. Would have stop using the app, but I have brought books that haven't read yet.

★★☆☆☆ I purchased a new book, and it wouldn't download it. The app recommended logout and clean cache. After I did it I'm not only still unable to download my new book, I lost all books that I already had downloaded and cannot redownload them!
