If you have Amazon Prime like most of us do. Get Amazon photos to back up all our photos. How cool!

Would be better if we could edit the image file info like the file name itself and also be able to correct the location if it's incorrect. Also, like Google Photos, it would be great to have the free up space feature, telling you which photos have been backed up from your phone, so they are safe to delete. 360 images don't work and only appear flat. Samsung S23 Ultra 200mp images don't have thumbnails, so you have to download them to see what the image is. No option to share images to the app.

I was surprised when the app couldn't hold more than twenty minutes of video time. I was surprised when the app couldn't hold all my photos.

Keeps saying upload stopped as storage full but is less than 20%. Can't select correct folders as only some are listed! Very frustrated with the app.

Luckily I use Microsoft OneDrive as a backup for photos as this app seems to stop uploading photos and then randomly uploads an odd photo. If it weren't for one drive I would have lost a lot of photos that this should have backed up. Update: Constantly saying I must open app to back up photos, why can't it do it in the background?
