At least you have to provide min 3 attempts for mock test. Only one attempt is available for mock tests and if there is any network issues or any calls came during mock test we will lose our chances. They will not allow to re-attend the mock test. I informed this with customer care and they are helpless. Very bad experience. Be careful before purchasing and attempting the exams.
