Just paid for pro and it still tells me pay for pro.. I will be finding a new company. They say they can't find my account now and and probably going to try and charge me each month. Instead of e mail they said use Facebook. If supposedly I didn't have a linked account why would it let me buy pro.

Easy Interface and User Defined Cleaning. Some Previous update took my seven year subscription to the app and threw it in the garbage. I now have to pay for simple fast scan antivirus scan, even though advertising has gotten way out of control with frequent 30-45+ second add popping up ALL THE TIME now. Deleting App.

Iobit allows 3rd party venders who will take whatever money they want and give you nothing, they don't have to allow this and could stop it. Bad business.

I have used your services on my desktop .. laptop .. tablets and phones for years .. your customer service and support techs are awesome ... satisfied long time user/customer .. would never consider using anyone else .. you're the FIRST thing I install on any device and I recommend you to everyone. -UPDATE .. blocked unless I give FULL CONTROL over ALL my files ..THEY delete MY files NO TYVM 2nd UPDATE NOW using another service and quite happy with MY control over MY photos/videos etc. 🤩👍💯🖐
