Yesterday I lost my bike from this parking, after all the parking person wasn't found at the location. I called him and ask about my bike, and he replied that-" I don't about your bike, if u have any quarry call my superiors." I did call his superior, and he replied -"this is not our responsibility to take care of your bike we are here for rent our used space". And they don't have any security camera system to find out the things happen. So Be careful.

Booked parking for 3 vehicle in advance for india vs England 3rd T20 match and due to covid protocol the audience was not allowed to view the match. So there is no option to cancel the parking tickets. How will I get my money refund.
