New upgraded app has lots of issues with Belle transfers. Site was down for 5 days. Every belle transfer I received during those days have not reached my account. The site has been up for four days now, and I still haven't received this payment. After calling, I was told nothing could be done until Tuesday after holiday. On the bright side the overdrafts will likely be covered by them since it was likely a technical issue, which made me feel a little relieved in the end.

Absolutely hate this app. Get locked out every time and have to change passwords too often. Making it complicated for bank customers doesn't increase security, it's just time-consuming and irritating. If you want easy banking, American First isn't it.
