I tried to call the bank for my information they said can not tell me the information and that I should download this app and do it that way. Well the app doesn't work. No matter what I do in order to in a video call it displays message about already being in call. Mind you I have not made any calls yet or used this app before. I'm very frustrated with the fact that I can't get access or help on my account.
