All my PAID regular issues (plus several ones that I bought separately) are GONE since the app update! Contacted their customer service dept, but so far they're still not able to solve the problem. Tried reinstalling the app, resetting password, even trying the temporary password they gave me ... NOTHING worked! The app is the problem ... what good is customer service acknowledging I have the issues in my account, but then I can NOT access my account?!?! Please fix the app!!! Update: For everyone who is having trouble with this app, I managed to recover all my old issues by using the Pocketmags app. Pocketmags customer service solved my problems. Apparently, there IS something wrong with the ASG app, but by using the Pocketmags app everything seems to be working fine for me now. Hope this helps!

Always having a problem with that Love the magazine and thought the app was a good idea but every time a new issue come out always ask me to subscribe all over again then I have to go through a series of email just to get my account in order so I am able to read the latest issue it could be quite frustrating at times especially when I paid for a full subscription what gave it stars but I hate to go through the hassle every time a new issue come out gave it two stars because customer service do contact you back pretty fast
