★★★★★ Great Hvac system! Operates quietly and efficiently. Saves m9ney on electric bill. The Zone system is an extra feature worth getting, too. Allows you to cool your upper level more at night (or whenever you wish) and still keep your main level/basement at the regular temperature.

★★★★★ Living in a multi level home and I LOVE this app, so I can control the environment from wherever I am in the house. Reliable, easy to use, a must-have tool.

★★★★★ So far I'm enjoying the app the only issue I'm having, and I wish the app would also include is what stage of heat or cool my system is in (System Status) instead of having to go to the thermostat to find out for example I have a two-stage heat pump with a variable speed Tem8 air handler controlled by an AS Platinum 1050 thermos be nice if the system status that is displayed on the thermostat to also be displayed in the app. And the scheduling is a bit wonky but easy once you figure it out.

★★☆☆☆ In the beginning the app was great, but I can't ever get the system to update the app doesn't work or save what it is set to.

★★☆☆☆ It's nice to be able to change from heat to A/C and change the permanent hold for temperature on my phone. But the schedule or automatically changing from heating to air conditioning doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ App just disconnects for no reason. Bassett Heating and Cooling technician said AS said because it doesn't like 5GHZ band. Then if that's case firmware should allow only connection to 2.4GHZ.

★★☆☆☆ My American Standard 20 seer Heat Pump, that is less than two years old, has been down for weeks. Every time the unit errors the thermostat shows the error but the app neither shows the error nor alerts that the equipment has failed. Thus, the app is unreliable for something as critical as knowing the unit is working. I should have never accepted a unit dependant upon this app but stuck with one that could work with the reliable Nest thermostat and apps I used to use.
