Since I completed the last update, the app is not allowing me to login, also it hangs on, keeps blinking and then closes by itself !!!! I uninstall it & reinstall it but still persists . I don't know what to do

★☆☆☆☆ ayman helmy · Jun 2, 2026

Opening screen has notification in yellow that block login name a d password screen, so technically cannot open the app

Awful experience. I have been trying to apply for a new credit card and the app has not worked at every stage of the process. Sales reps have had to drive to my office to sign up through their device as this one does not work at all. I am using a brand-new Galaxy S25. This is shocking. It works so bad I probably won't even end up going with the card and Amex will lose a customer. Embarrassing.
