1 Why don't you have a video or PDF that explains how to use the keyboard? Many people refrain from using it just because they don't know how to use it. 2. The language option is limited. For example, even though many Ethiopians use the Arabic language, it is not offered as an option. If they could do this [make it available], they would get a lot of customers." many Ethiopians will avoid looking for another keyboard. Best and 1 app I have ever used!!
