Trash deleted my 20 credits for no reason wouldn't reccoment anything other than going up to the actual jukebox

False Advertising - I did not receive my bonus credits, and there is no route to appeal or seek assistance. I bought a $14 credit pack that was supposed to include 7 bonus credits, but they were never added to my account. The FAQ has a section literally called "Why didn't I receive my Bonus Credits?" and it's useless - it doesn't address missing credits at all. This is obviously a recurring problem. They don't provide any way to contact them, and I will not be using this app anymore.

Music selection is absolutely abysmal and terrible. Doesn't matter if its mainstream or underground, bands with over 1 million followers on Spotify they don't have. F this app.
